Pois é, segundo o myspace oficial de Mustis (ex-teclista da banda Dimmu Borgir) este foi "convidado" a sair da banda por alegadamente andar a tentar perceber qual a razão por não ter tido o merecido crédito em relação a todas as musicas que foram de sua autoria durante os ultimos 3 albuns da banda. Este acrescenta ainda que o baixista/vocalista da banda Vortez também foi "convidado" a sair.

Norwegian symphonic black metal band DIMMU BORGIR have issued the following statement:

"We regret to inform you that we have parted ways with both I.C.S. Vortex [bassist] and Mustis [keyboards]. However, we do want to make it perfectly clear that the creative force in the band is highly intact, perhaps even more so than ever. With that being said, we're currently working on our next album and are excited to start a new chapter in the legacy that is DIMMU BORGIR."

opá, isso não podia ter acontecido a voz do baixista é excelente e encaixa muito bem em determinadas partes das musicas...já algum tempo que se mantinham com os mesmos membros, mas parece que vão andar em mudanças novamente

Cá Para mim Dimmu Borgir apartir daqui vai começar a percorrer o caminho da perdição,pois, dois elementos essenciais na música de Dimmu não vão estar presentes..

A voz de Vortex dava uma atmosfera muito especial ás musicas, coisa que vai ser dificil de substituir...e mustis que para mim e que escrevia maior parte dos temas..

tudo pela arrogância dos restantes...enfim..é triste...

como já foi dito aqui...que voltem os Arcturus, isso sim, grande banda

After being dissed by Dimmu Borgir last weekend vocalist Simen "ICS Vortex" Hestnæs' webmaster has revealed the man's future plans:

"I think that now is the right time to post some news on the future music plans of ICS Vortex.

Simen will have a meeting with Lamented Souls in mid September to plan a new release and a few gigs in Norway. There is another meeting also planned with Arcturus members to discuss about the future of the band and a possible reunite. Nothing's for certain yet but keep visiting back the page as more announcements will take place about Simen's projects in the very near future!"
